Topdental goods and equipment are governed by Right Of Retention
and remain the property of Topdental (Products) Ltd until
paid for in full.
Payment is strictly 30 days from date of invoice. Topdental
reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.
Topdental will charge at cost all packaging, carriage charges,
tax and duties outside the UK.
Where prices are shown per 6 or per 10 etc. the price indicated
is the price for each of the 6 or 10 units, not the total
sale price. This shows you the saving on each item when multiple
purchases are made.
All goods delivered must be examined for damage and/or shortages
within 3 days of receipt of the goods. Topdental must be notified
immediately of any such damage or shortage. Failing which
no claims therefore will be entertained. The transfer of risk
of damage to the goods shall take place at the moment the
goods leave Topdental’s possession or control.
Returned Goods and Guarantee
Returned goods, other than major equipment, will be accepted
for credit or exchange providing the buyers account details
and invoice number are quoted.
All returns must be suitably packaged, items with shipping
labels on the original packaging will not always be credited.
The goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in
a readily saleable condition, unused and with all packaging,
instructions and guarantees.
Topdental will not accept responsibility for goods returned
by the buyer which are lost or damaged in transit.
Health and Safety at work
It is illegal to send contaminated goods through the post.
Equipment containing mercury must be emptied before return.
The method used for sterilisation must accompany the returned
item.
